Company trips enhance group cohesiveness and stimulate enthusiasm for employees
Company trips are organized as part of Master Group’s attractive employee benefit scheme. This has been a long time favorite for many; activities and discussions are a great way to engage the group. It’s also a great opportunity for cross-departments to interact with each other to improve group communication and cohesiveness. The purpose of trips is to energize, inspire, and motivate employees. Part of our corporate culture is make sure employees feel a sense of belonging, feel valued, and is appreciated by their leaders. When employees feel valued, they are more likely to go above and beyond for the company and hold themselves accountable for their own work. Traveling as a group brings the team together, their enthusiasm, passion, and positive energy are shared.
Throughout December 6th to 28th, Master Group organized more than 1000 employees on various tour journeys. Management teams, outstanding employees, and factory workers who have served Master for more than 15 years were invited to the company trips.
